We specialize in collectible designer toys, including Bearbrick figures, limited edition releases, and premium die-cast toys. Our selection is carefully curated for collectors and enthusiasts.
2. Are your Bearbrick figures authentic?
Yes, all of our Bearbrick products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors or directly from the brand. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within Hong Kong. For international orders, please email us at toyplanet59@gmail.com and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.
4. How long does shipping take?
Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
International (if applicable): Varies by location and shipping method
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation. After the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us at toyplanet59@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and include photos of the damage, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
8. Do you take pre-orders for new Bearbrick releases?
Yes, we occasionally offer pre-orders for upcoming Bearbrick figures and limited editions. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for the latest announcements.
