Refund and Returns Policy

At Toy Planet, we value your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a return or requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
Returns are not accepted for limited edition or pre-order items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Opened or used products (including toys removed from packaging)

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damage/defect

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We will offer a replacement (if stock is available), store credit, or a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items shipped

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at toyplanet59@gmail.com.
